Distributed Information Systems Laboratory LSIR

Description

Modelling and managing distributed workflows and services [1,2,3,4,5] has been a long-standing research activity which is now both relevant for Web Services and P2P services. Starting from a language and model developed for specifying distributed information commerce processes [6,7,8,9] we now apply this model to P2P services without central control [11][12]. Recent work addresses the problem of using reputation-based trust models in service discovery [13,14,16].
